Today's updates should be very short!


Jin - The Astronaut Orders

Unless you have combined shipping with the BTS Photo Folios, all of these orders (POs & LDs) have now been invoiced for shipping this past weekend! If you've already paid your shipping then you can expect your order to ship this week.


BTS Photo Folios

I am waiting on just one more order to arrive from Weverse, and the shipping boxes to arrive tomorrow. If you ordered just a singular copy, the boxes provided by Weverse are far too big and will be very expensive to ship, hence why I'm buying some smaller boxes myself. I should have sent all the shipping quotes for these by Wednesday, so if you stay vigilant, I should be able to ship your order by the end of the week.


Other Shipments

If you paid for shipping last week, it will be shipped this week without fail so please sit tight if you haven't received your tracking information yet.


Korean Addresses

A few of you have experienced issues when it comes to paying and having shipping to your Korean addresses, so here are a few things I think can help:

  1. Pre-save your Korean address on your profile on this website so it's available for you when you check out.

  2. Make sure a 'default address' is not selected when you are going through the PayPal checkout.

  3. If your order goes through with your international address, please use the form on the contact page and update me with your Korean address (in Korean) and Korean phone number as soon as your order is placed! That way I can update it on my end straight away.

I appreciate it's a glitch for some but it makes me have to do things twice on my end if you wait until I've already quoted you for international shipping (which involves measuring, weighing and plugging everything into the system to get an accurate quote T v T) It would be a great help to me if you let me know about the problem before I've started packing, and doing it through the website rather than Twitter DMs means the information is on hand for me too.


Upcoming Holiday

It's still a bit early but I did want to give a heads up: I will be going on holiday to the UK from Dec 19th - Jan 1st! It's my first time home in 3.5 years since moving to Korea and obviously, I can't pack and ship orders when I'm not here.


I will still be taking orders for any merch drops, however anything that arrives in this time won't be shipped until the new year. Indigo and Jin's Photo Folios *should* arrive to me before I go on holiday, but as Weverse is slow as hell and the post office isn't open on the weekend, there is a smmmmaall chance those items won't ship until after I come back. Just want to give everyone a heads up!

Hi guys, Han here!


Just a minor update but I wanted to let you know that you may see a slight price increase in upcoming merch due to the drop in the USD to KRW exchange rate.


Since reopening my GO service and this website in late September, the exchange rate has been unusually high so I haven't been adding any service fee to any items, however as the exchange rate has returned back to normal levels, you will start to see a few dollar increase on new products added to the site - this is in essence the service fee that I used to charge during my google form days so please don't be alarmed.


Also a reminder for those who don't know, the service fee is designed to act as a buffer and cover all the exchange, PayPal and bank fees that I occur on my end when processing your orders. I did a VERY rough estimate recently and found out that about 20% of the initial payment gets eaten up in fees... 💀


Anyway, I just wanted to make this post for the sake of transparency~

Overall, prices won't be too high so don't worry!

Hi guys, Han here.

The purpose of this post is to give a round of general updates for all outstanding orders!


I have covid T v T


First things first, unfortunately there is a going to be a slight delay on me processing things that have arrived. I started feeling sick on Saturday morning and have since had a PCR test confirming I had caught covid - unfortunately despite being fully vaxxed, my case has been quite severe and I've been pretty much bedriddden since Sunday. I live alone which has also made things a bit emotionally/mentally taxing as some of you know I have lost family members to covid, but I've honestly just spent most of the time sleeping and resting. Today (Wed) is the first day I've been awake for most of the day, so I'm now trying to catch up on all the things that have been neglected over the past 5 days, including my job, my fan shop, and of course, these GOs so I'm going to need you guys to bear with me a little bit ;v;


With that being said, I wanted to get this post out so you guys know what is happening with your orders and when to expect shipping quotes/tracking numbers etc.


Arrivals & Shipping


Firstly, I want to let you guys know that the following items are currently in my possession:


  • BTS Proof Exhibition MD

  • BTS Proof T-Money Cards

  • Jimin Photo Folios

  • Samsonite Suitcases


So if you've ordered these items, I will be packing them for shipping and sending you the shipping quotes this coming weekend once I've regained a bit more of my strength.


Likewise, if you've already paid shipping for an existing quote, I will send those first thing Monday once I am released from quarantine.


New Orders


On the other hand, if you've ordered anything else, all other orders have been placed successfully up until order #10057 so don't stress!


Also if you are waiting for me to send you an invoice for something else, I will try to get those done by Friday, I'm not yet strong enough to sit at a computer for hours, and I need to prioritise my actual job (yes, they expect me to work during quarantine), so please just sit tight for the time being - I apologise again for the wait.
