Hi there, thank you for your interest in joining one of my group orders and using my service! Below is a brief explanation of how everything works.
Step 1: You pick the items you want to order.
Simply add the items you want to your cart, and then pay for them through the checkout - it's that easy!
You won't be charged any shipping upfront for international orders, but please make sure the address you put in is the one you will use for shipping, and that you enter an email you actually check, as that is what I'll use to get in touch with you.
If you want your shipping to a domestic Korean address, you'll be charged a $4 flat rate shipping fee on your order, and I will manually refund any repeat charges for subsequent orders that will be shipped together.
Step 2: I process the order and send you the shipping quote.
Most orders from Weverse or Korean retailers take a few days, weeks, or even months to ship if they are preorders, so all listings have estimated shipping times on them. Once I've received the items, I will check the items, carry out any PC swaps, and repackage all your items for shipping, before finally sending you a shipping invoice.
(For domestic orders, you won't get any emails from me before shipping since you've already paid, but I'll send you tracking once your items have been shipped out.)
Step 3: You pay the invoice and I ship your items.
Once you've paid for your shipping, I will send you your tracking information, and you'll receive your merch! ^^
---
If you (intend to) shop with me often, or want to have all your order information nicely stored in one place, I recommend making an account on this website so you can save your shipping addresses and such ahead of time, and keep a record of all your orders/payments.
I, unfortunately, can't quote shipping prices ahead of time as they are charged by the volume or weight of the package (whichever is heaviest, as per Korea Post's shipping policy) - so it's impossible for me to know the price ahead of time.
There are also still shipping restrictions from South Korea so please check if shipping is available to your country before ordering.
Please be aware that all orders placed through my store are final, and will only be refunded if I am unable to purchase the items. All items are charged at a 1,000 KRW = 1 USD exchange rate, and any service fees are included in the item price, so you don't need to worry about anything extra.
Different parts of the process are explained in more detail in this FAQ section, so please check them out if you're unsure of anything, and if you're still stuck afterward, hit me up via the 'Contact' page!
Hi there, thank you for your interest in using my service to place a personal order! Below is a brief explanation of how everything works.
Step 1: Let me know the items you want to order.
If you navigate to the Shop > Personal Orders tab, you'll come across a form where you can share the items you'd wish to order. Simply paste in a URL linking to the item you wish to buy.
The item limitations are as follows:
a) It must be K-Pop related
This can also include things like idol's favourite snacks, things they've worn, and items like top loaders and deco stickers. If the connection is not immediately obvious, please leave a note letting me know, eg. "My bias wore this on a WeLive". You can also order second hand goods/PCs from reputable sites like Bunjang (just be mindful that you're shopping on the Korean server!)
b) It must be readily available for purchase online
I will not be doing offline personal orders for the time being as I don't have the time capacity, and the fee would be far too high. Also, if it's an item that isn't on sale yet but you think will sell out quickly, you can send an order request up to 7 days before the official order open date. (Preorder items are welcome!)
c) It doesn't require a membership*
Fandom exclusive merchandise that requires memberships are simply not practical for me to buy, *unless you are willing to pay for the membership fee too. For BTS/TXT, there's also a high chance I will already be purchasing it myself!
d) I do not buy concert tickets!
Step 2: I process the order and send you a price quote.
I will send you a price quote to the email address you provided within 48 hours of receiving your form submission after checking the order information for each of the items. The items will always be charged at my usual 1,000 KRW = $1 USD rate, and service fees will depend on how many stores/sites/sellers I need to real with, but will typically start as low as $5.
After receiving your quote, you can email me if you would like to make adjustments, and if not...
Step 3: You pay the invoice and I order your items.
If you are happy with your quote, you can pay it directly and that would lock in your order.
Most orders from Weverse or Korean retailers take a few days, weeks, or even months to ship if they are preorders, so I will also let you know the estimated shipping items once the orders have been placed.
a) International Shipping
You won't be charged any shipping upfront for international orders, but please make sure the address you put in when paying is the one you will use for shipping, and that you enter an email you actually check, as that is what I'll use to get in touch with you. Once all your items arrive with me, I will package them together for shipping, and send you a shipping quote.
Also note, if your items all have drastically different shipping times (ie more than a month between the first and last items arrive), then you may be require to ship them separately or pay a storage fee.
b) Domestic Shipping
For domestic shipping, you will be charged the advertised shipping cost of each of the items, and they will be shipped directly to your provided Korean address - I will also update you with the tracking numbers as each item dispatches.

To make shipping cheaper for everyone, I will automatically combine any items that arrive to me within 4 weeks of each other and ship them together. If there is more than a 4-week wait between deliveries, I will send you a shipping quote to ship out the items currently with me.
Please keep track of your expected shipping dates and make sure to pay shipping quotes asap - if I feel like you are intentionally delaying your shipping payment to combine extra items for shipping, then I will add a holding fee to your shipping quote.
Please please please do not do this - I have limited storage in my apartment, and it is extremely stressful keeping track of, and maintaining the condition of multiple people's merch in my limited space. I run this service because I want to help people, so please do not take advantage and make things harder for me.
(GOs only) You can keep track of when merch is due to ship via my Twitter community to see if your items have arrived yet.
Firstly, I would like to point out that refunds are EXTREMELY rare for me, however, they do happen.
In the event that I am not able to get your items, I will refund the missing item price, or the full order price minus the PayPal fees.
This is because, as of January 2022, PayPal no longer refunds fees to a buyer when the seller sends a refund, meaning the seller (ie me) ends up having to pay the return fee out of pocket.
For example:
You paid: $1
I got in cash: $0.90
PayPal takes a fee: $0.10
If I send you a refund, I can only send you the $0.90 I received, because PayPal no longer returns the $0.10 fee when a transaction is canceled. If I refund you the full $1, then I would lose $0.10 out of my pocket from the entire process.
I am telling you this now so you can make an informed decision before buying through me. PayPal fees are relatively small, but it is still a risk you need to be aware of.
If you don't feel comfortable with this, I completely understand, but please do not order from me as this is non-negotiable.
(Note: In the case of a partial refund, I will usually refund the full item price - the 'minus fees' rule mainly applies to full refunds.)
I charge in dollars because it is a universal currency that most people can easily understand, and it also converts nicely to Won.
Generally, I charge at a 1,000 KRW = 1 USD exchange rate, and sometimes a service fee on top. However, when I place the order, I have to send the money through my UK bank account before converting it to Won.
This exchange rate ensures I have enough after all the conversion/PayPal fees to actually place the order without having to worry about fluctuations in exchange rates. I've used this same rate for years and it has never caused issues regardless of the exchange rate and makes it easier for people to predict prices.
This will be due to currency conversion fees and service charges.
In terms of currency conversion, I pay for everything in won, however, there are multiple steps I need to take to get your payment to my bank account, and each step includes fees. For this reason, I charge a minimum of 1 USD to 1,000 KRW for all items, based on the Korean price.
Likewise, I also charge a small service fee on top of most items, this covers labor, fees, and miscellaneous expenses (boxes, bubble wrap, storage units, etc) for processing everyone's orders. Service fees will also typically be higher on items that have a lot of processing on my side (eg. in-person purchases).
That being said, I always try to keep my prices low and reasonable as affordability is quite important to me ^^
Yes, absolutely!
Please DM on Twitter or send me a message via the 'Contact' page for specifics before ordering~!
